Strategic Plan

Through the combined effort and thinking of many stakeholders, our strategic plan is organized into three priority areas: Safe and Caring Culture, Success for All, and Community Engagement. For each priority area, our team developed a "Be" and "Feel" goal to recognize both outcome and perception.

During the coming year, we will identify specific measures to monitor growth for each goal and to inform our system-wide change efforts. In addition, each of West Valley's buildings and departments is working to align their specific goals to these priorities.
