The following ballot measures are to be considered at the November 3, 2026 General Election:
(1) Proposition No. 1 - Educational Programs and Operations Levy
(2) Proposition No. 2 - Safety, Security and Infrastructure Improvements Replacement Levy
Those interested in being appointment to write the for or against statements should send their name, address, phone number and which position they represent to Kyle Rydell, Superintendent, West Valley School District, 2805 N. Argonne, Spokane, WA 99212 or via email at [email protected] by 8 a.m. on July 22, 2026. The Board will take action on the appointments at its July 22, 2026 regular board meeting.
In making the committee appointments, the Board will consider the criteria for appointments made by the Spokane County Auditor’s Office established in the Spokane County Local Voters’ Pamphlet Administrative Rules for Jurisdictions updated December 2025. Interested persons must be a registered voter in West Valley School District #363, have an email address and the demonstrated ability to communicate rapidly by email, and shall agree to work collaboratively with co-committee members.
