New Students

Once the online enrollment request has been completed you will be contacted by the school. Additional paperwork may be required in order to complete enrollment. If you are unable to complete the online request, please contact the school directly for assistance.

**If your student requires bus transportation, please visit the WVSD Transportation Page for additional information on how to register to ride the bus.

Virtual Learning Center - K-8 West Valley School District offers a virtual learning program for grades kindergarten through 8 that utilizes the STRIDE K-12 curriculum and is taught by West Valley Teachers.

Kindergarten students (age 5 by August 31) will need to register online to attend Millwood Kindergarten Center through the spring of 2025. Starting with the 2025-26 school year, kindergarten students will be housed at their neighborhood elementary schools. Families interested in the Virtual Learning Center should click the Virtual Learning Center blue arrow above to apply. For the SPICE program, please contact Seth Woodard Elementary at 509-921-2160. Students in grades 1 - 5 will attend one of our four elementary schools.

Students in grades 6 – 8 will attend Centennial Middle School unless arrangements have been made for the student to attend West Valley City School.

High School Options
Students in grades 9 – 12 will attend West Valley High School unless arrangements have been made to attend Spokane Valley High School or Dishman Hills High School.

ECEAP Pre-K

ECEAP - Families of preschool-aged students are welcome to call the office to determine if you qualify and to schedule an appointment to pick up registration paperwork.

Out of District Returning Students

Students who reside outside of the West Valley School District Boundaries and attend a West Valley School, are REQUIRED to submit the annual CHOICE Request Form for every year they are in attendance. If you have questions please contact your student's school or call the District Office at 509-924-2150.

Returning Students

Returning students to West Valley schools will automatically be registered for classes. Parents/Guardians will use the established Skyward log-in and password to access the forms. Simply complete the necessary paperwork for the current school year prior to starting school.
