Severe Weather Procedure

Inclement weather or emergency conditions/events happen from time to time and may force a change in the school day. The district will make every effort to adhere to the established school calendar and bell schedules; however, the safety of students and employees is the highest priority. We have a process in place to make decisions about the school day and communicate this information to parents, students and staff.

LaTrouchka Duke was selected to represent WVHS for the Heisman High School Scholarship competition. Duke was chosen as the high school scholar-athlete to compete state wide for the scholarship. Congratulations LaTrouchka!

The Giving Spirit

Students and staff from various schools donated food for those less fortunate this Thanksgiving. Centennial Middle School prepared decorated food gift boxes and delivered them to grateful families. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all!
