Free Meals for Children

Again this summer, in conjunction with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, free breakfast and lunch will be available for children and teens 18 years old and younger. No registration or identification required.

Bark for Schools email to parents

On Monday July 8th West Valley School District turned on a new comprehensive safety solution at no cost to schools called Bark. As part of the implementation process, Bark sent an email to all parents of current West Valley students informing of the new service while providing a link to sign up for alerts. The email is legitimate and the service is free of charge for all parents.

Awbery and Leifer Recieve Above and Beyond Award

West Valley's Heather Awbery and Vicki Leifer were presented with the district Above and Beyond Award at a recent school board meeting. They were nominated by district office personnel for the help they provided during the past school year when the office was without an assistant superintendent. Congratulations ladies!
