West Valley City School Instructor Nick Hamm was presented the district Above and Beyond Award at a recent school board meeting. Principal Dusty Andres shared that Nick is an innovative staff member with creative ideas for curriculum delivery who enjoys engaging his students in community projects.
Congratulations to Outdoor Learning Center Director Jami Ostby Marsh who recently received word that she was granted $12,000 from the Hagan Foundation to fund the Project NEST program. She will work in partnership with the Hutton Settlement on Project NEST, which is a program to create a Nature Therapy Garden.
