Justice Stephens leads Civic Conference

Washington State Supreme Court Justice Debra Stephens, herself a West Valley graduate, graciously attends the conference each year to talk with students about the judicial system, as well as focus on the civics theme of the year. Students had the opportunity to speak one-on-one with Justice Stephens as well as EWU professors about this year's theme "Who decides what's fair?  Thank you to Justice Stephens and EWU facility for another great Civics Conference.
