State Assessments

State Assessments

As families begin to receive their child's test score report, we have a tremendous new online tool to help you interpret that report. Often, a score report can raise more questions than answers, but we think the Washington Test Guide, brought to you by GreatKids!, will help provide you the information you need to help your child in school. See the link below on how to use the tool.

Every Student Succeeds Act -ESSA
Federal Website - ESSA
State Website - ESSA / OSPI

Are you interested in knowing how your child’s school did on state assessments? How different groups of children performed compared to other schools? You can find out by going to reportcard.ospi.k12.wa.us.

The Report Card contains information about test results as well as other statistics about the school. To find results for West Valley Schools, use the drop down menu in the box at the top left of the web page to find West Valley School District and press go. To find results for your child’s school, follow those directions to go to West Valley School District, then use the drop down menu to find your school. Or you can click here to go directly to the West Valley Report Card page. If you would like a printed copy of any annual report card, those are available and can be requested at each individual school.
