Electronic Access to Your Form 1095-C
In compliance with IRS regulations, our organization provides electronic access to Form 1095-C instead of mailing paper copies.
Your 1095-C form, which details the health coverage offered to you, will be available online in Skyward Employee Access by March 2nd. If March 2nd falls on a weekend, it will be available the following workday. You can access it by logging into your Skyward Employee Access using your district single sign-on information.
Instructions for Accessing Your 1095-C:

Log in to Skyward Employee Access.

Use your Google employee credentials.

Navigate to "Employee Information," then select the "1095 Forms" section.

Click "View PDF" to download a copy for your records.

If you prefer a mailed copy at no cost, you can contact the Payroll Department through any of the following methods:

Upon request, your 1095-C will be emailed to you or mailed to the address on file within 30 business days.
