Dishman Team Earns Above and Beyond Award

The district Above and Beyond Award was presented to Dishman Hills Principal Lauren House, Counselor Pam Stickney and Teacher Matt Filippini during a recent school board meeting. The team was given the award for their success in significantly increasing the number of students who completed their FAFSA.

Reeder and Dalke Receive Above and Beyond Award

Debbie Reeder and Lesley Dalke were presented the district Above and Beyond Award at a recent School Board Meeting. The WVHS educators were selected for the award for their support and individualized mentoring for Jonathan Ramirez. Thanks to their efforts, Ramirez, a student of the foster care system, was accepted into the SCC Culinary Arts program and is currently living successfully on his own. Congratulations ladies!
