Need to make a payment on your staff lunch account?
Unfortunately In-Touch does not support online staff meal payments. Please pre-pay for your meals at your school office. If you have questions regarding charges on your lunch account, please call or email us. 
Staff Meal Charging and Prices:
We believe that our meals are the best deal around! Wholesome balanced meals are low in sodium, fat, and packed with whole grains and fiber. We offer a beautiful fruit and veggie bar with the purchase of a full meal! Please see below for our staff charging policy and 18-19 SY meal prices. 
 
Staff meal charging:
Due to the nature of our federally funded program, we cannot afford to provide lunches which are not paid for. Staff are expected to keep track of their accounts on a regular basis to keep them positive. Substitute staff must show a receipt from the school office before going through the lunch line. 
Staff are expected to pay all meal balances on their accounts. If there has been an error in charges, please contact our office to discuss.
 
Looking to make a sack lunch order for your class?
Please see our detailed instructions below and complete the "Sack Lunch Order Request" form. Submit your paper request to your kitchen manager no later than 10 days before needing lunches. If you do not complete your request within this time frame, it cannot be guaranteed we have the items to make the sack lunches. 
Looking to make a request for ordering non-event food/supplies?
Please use the West Valley work order system to place a Nutrition Services Event/Supply order. We will receive your order by email and be in contact with any questions. Items, amounts, and budget codes are required before items may be ordered. If you need assistance, please call us.

Looking to make a request for an event which needs catering/staffing?
Please use the West Valley work order system to place a Nutrition Services Event/Supply order. We will receive your order by email and be in contact with any questions. Items, amounts, location, date of event, kitchen staff needed, and budget codes are required before the event may be submitted. We will be in contact regarding specific of the event after receiving the request. If you need assistance, please call us.

Looking to use our kitchen facilities for a fundraiser or event?
